Delivery
We aim to deliver items which are in stock within 3 working days to Mainland UK. Standard delivery is charged at £6.99 per order. Carriage is quoted per delivery address and not per product.
Please ensure that there is someone at home to sign for the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot inform you on every occasion what day the goods will be dispatched, but we do send an email confirming that goods have left either the same day, or the next morning.
If goods cannot be delivered by our courier (either because no-one was at home or the wrong address details given) and come back to us we will charge you our carriage fee again to make a re-delivery. However, our couriers will try to deliver more than once and should leave a card before returning the goods to us. Goods can be delivered to a work address.
We do not ship to BFPO addresses, and non uk address.
Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further 2 working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.
